MEET THE DIRECTOR
PRADEEP MALHOTRA
Commencing his career after university graduation in 1979 with IBM, ASEA Brown Boveri, HP and British Telecom in various customer services, sales, marketing, channel development roles.
From 1995 – 1999, Pradeep worked as independent consultant to CEO’s and CFO’s in corporate acquisition within telecommunication industry in Australia. He worked on more than 10 acquisitions and it involved valuation, due diligence, post integration of acquisition and negotiation of wholesale agreements with Telstra, Optus and Telecom New Zealand.
Pradeep has a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) degree in Electrical, Master of Engineering Science in Systems and Control from UNSW and Master’s in Business Administration with specialization in strategic and finance management from Macquarie University.
