Industrial Equipment Distributor with head office in Sydney and branches in all other states – Annual Telecommunication spend more than $500,000

Benchmarking, review and implementation of data network, IP telephony, mobile services and fleet management solutions for a large distribution company –  We initially did a full bill analysis of all services, wrote RFP for other vendors to respond, developed evaluation matrix  for services, submitted a report with comparison offering from other vendors and our recommendations, assisted in negotiations to get the best outcome, assisted in implement of new services agreement, post-implementation review of all services to check that expected savings have been achieved  –  Savings achieved more than 40% per annum

Transport and labour hire company with head office in Sydney and branches in all other states – Annual ICT spend more than a $1 million

Benchmarking, review and implementation of complete outsourcing of IT  – all applications including Microsoft 365, management of hardware and telecommunication services including fixed line IP telephony, review and implementation of new mobile agreement and review and implementation of new MFP – multifunction printers/copiers agreements. The new MFP’s agreements are one invoice, inclusive of number of pages per months, for all 8 sites reducing the company bill for MFP’s by more than 40%. Review of the IT outsourcing agreement against other vendors and assisted with signing a new agreement with more bandwidth to the office sites and 20% reduction in cost. Mobile bill was reduced by 33% with an increase of pooled data share by 300% for all mobile services.

Recruitment company – Annual Telecommunication spend more than $3 million

Initially, we worked with this company to evaluate their existing Telco agreements – data, fixed line and mobile services. We initially did a full bill analysis of all services, wrote RFP for other vendors to respond, developed evaluation matrix  for services, submitted a report with comparison offering from other vendors and our recommendations, assisted in negotiations to get the best outcome, assisted in implementation of new services agreement , post-implementation review of all services to check that expected savings have been achieved . We assisted the customer in implementation of TIPT (Telstra IP services for fixed line) for around 30 offices, 1000 employees and helped them move away from legacy-based NEC PABX system.  TIPT solution from Telstra also included around 40 agents and supervisor call centre management solutions. Initial savings around 20% and subsequent analysis and follow up of Telecommunication spend and agreement to work out credits based on the agreement and billing data for 3 years. Achieved credits of six figures for the customer.
